All e'yoga classes include mindfulness and breath focus. In each class modifications are offered allowing individuals to personalise their practise, as no two bodies are the same.
emPower yoga
A flowing sequence that focuses on breath, movement, body strength, core awareness with a touch of mindfulness and philosophy. All within a supportive dialogue developed to empower the participant.

A slow flow with the essence of empower Yoga. Perfect for beginners and anyone wanting a slow flow practice
embrace YIN Yoga
A balance to the "yang" empower and Vinyasa yoga practice. Focusing on lengthening the muscles and allowing the body and mind to surrender. Targeting the connective tissues. Restoring energy levels and calming the nervous system. All with a touch of mindfulness too. Bliss!
MINDFUL CORE YOga
This class helps students of all levels harness their core strength, improve cardiovascular health, and practice mindful movement. Through a series of standing postures, sun salutations, deep stretches and some nourishment for the abdominals students will bring play into their practice, and use dynamic equilibrium to find space in their body, mind, and spirit. Modification options are included to suit where you are at on the day.

Get a group of friends together for a class in the park, on the beach or at home. Or perhaps you're a sports team and want to fit a Yoga session in your training regimen.

L S D (LONG SLOW DEEP) YOGA
A feature class and as the name suggests is at least 2 hours long. In a warm environment enabling the body to release toxins. Long deep holds in poses for 2 - 3 minutes building to a 10 minute pose. A profound practice with meditative awareness of breath, mindfulness and presence. Perfect for athletes, students and anyone coping with physical and/or emotional stress.
