Yoga is an ancient system of indian philosophy, thought to be more than 5000 years old. The word Yoga means "to unite" or "union". Through physical postures (asana), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation, the practice of yoga draws together the body mind and spirit, bringing us fully into the present moment.
