She has been working in the health industry since 1994, with over twenty years experience in many fields of nursing, health promotion + disease prevention. Tammy’s understanding of the mind and how it affects health, healing & relationships supports a unique + inspirational dialogue in her teaching that is open, honest + real.

LSD Feature Class with Kelly

Long Slow Deep, as the name suggests is a minimum of 2 hours long. In a warm environment enabling the body to release toxins. Long deep holds in poses for 2 - 3 minutes building to a 10 minute pose. Often a profound practice with meditative awareness of breath, mindfulness and presence. This more quiet and still practice helps to tap into intuition and deep listening. The Feature Class will target deeper connective tissues especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine.

This class is not recommended for:
  • People who are pregnant
